I applied for a loan because my house was about to be foreclosed on they offered me a credit limit for 5000.00 to buy some kind of merchandise. I declined the offer but of course i had to enter my banking info and the next day they withdrew the 99.49 from my acct. I have contacted my bank to see if they can help.
