Judge Paul McGhee
"Judge" Paul McGhee Ripoff Completely UNfair and UNcaring excuse for a Judge help get this discriminating old man out of our justice chambers!

I recently filed and endured my first small claims suit in the Poplar Bluff, Missouri courthouse due to a surgery I was conned into having performed on my body by a local Doctor (David McFadden). I am making my story known to express my disgust with not only the way I was treated by the doctor and the judge, Paul McGhee, but also with his obvious predetermend ruling.

I represented myself due to the high cost of lawyers and the fact that any fool could see I was in the right. I live with the proof of my case everyday - it is on my body! The Doctor had a lawyer of course, so he did not even attempt to be present at any of the hearing dates. I was pregnant during the this time, so I had to postpone several of the hearing dates.
Both the lawyer and Mr. McGhee were well aware of this, and while I recieved an understanding attitude from the lawyer, Mr. McGhee responded each time with an annoyed and choppy attitude.

I ended up losing my baby, and although aware of this too, Mr. McGhee sent me a letter stating that if I did not show up for the next hearing date (which was only weeks after the death of my child), he would throw the case out! I appeared and told my story to the court. Mr. McGhee then told me and the Doctor's lawyer that he would need to go over the case and we would hear from the court via U.S. Mail within a week.

Despite all this, THE VERY NEXT DAY I recieved the letter saying he ruled in the Doctor's favor! I lost the case and I think it is clear why.
I have preformed a search on this man through the internet and it resulted in finding several articiles about him and his unfair biased rulings.

I have contacted the Board of Law Examiners and noticed that their website still has a different man listed a the circuit II Judge. Mr. Mcghee is preforming these botched rulings in an Mr. Bloodworth's chambers, with a simple handwritten sign on the door replacing Judge Bloodworth's name with his.

Due to this experience, I have lost faith in the U.S. Court systems. I strongly suggest doing some investigating and corrective disipline, into Mr. McGhee's actions a.S.A.P..

Do not use this man if you are a woman and/or want a fair trail!
