I just watched a new advertisment from the Hershy Choclate makers about their new AIR DELIGHTS candy product; they actually advertise how they make the new choclate kisses by using Air to form bubbles in the candy... Which actually allows them to use LESS choclate mix... And then offer the product to the public at the same or higher price!
So the public is expected to pay the same or higher price for the candy which has less candy product in it because it is 2/3rds AIR!!
