Shipping review

I purchased one side sleeper pro pillow and lo an behold when I arrived at the Post Office, I was told I owed 13.59 COD. I distinctly remember paying $17.89 for the shipping and handling of one pillow and was never told what the additional 13.59 was for. There was no packing slip or invoice and this rather pissed me off. This company should be more open about it's marketing schemes. Seems that is where the money is. The pillow as actually cheaper than the shipping and handling. Rather disapointed and will not ever recommend this pillow to anyone who wants to purchase it. Very bad corporate behaviour indeed!!!
