A college age caucasion man with a slight build, going by the name of Ben came to my door "getting experience with speaking to the public". He said my neighbors sent him my way. I wrote a check to MTS. Circulation LLC for a Disney Cars book set for $40.00 & $15.00 handling fee. The price was high because "I was helping to pay for his training". The fine print said I was to allow 120 days for delivery. This happened on 4/19, I did not recieve the merchandise.
