Miscellaneous

This company (Century Title or Century Title & Liquidation) contacted me about a month ago and asked if i would be interested in selling my timeshare. Of course, i said yes. They explained the process to me. I thought about it for few days and decided that I needed something in writing. So Ms. Rose Bella sent me a purchase agreement via email. I looked it over and it appeared that all t's and i's were dotted and crossed along with the said purchase price. They ask me to wire the money to them. I did. They said a courier guy through Fed Ex would come on 9/7 between 2-4 pm with all documents including disbursement check. Well, needlessly to say, that did not happen. I called and left a message asking for a call back - to no avail. I called today on 9/8, Thurs. And Ms Bella answered the phone. I proceeded to tell her that no one showed up from Fed Ex. And she acted surprised and said the other six people received their package. She asked me to hold while she spoke with her director. She got back on the phone and said to me that she will look into it and that she would call me back in 1 hour. I immediately asked for a tracking number. She put me off and again, said she would call in 1 hour. That did not happen. So I called her back and left a message. I know that there is no intention in calling at all.
