Paid 65 Pounds Fee on 15,000 Pound Loan, No Reply

I applied for a 15,000 pound loan and was asked to pay 65 pounds, which they would take from my bank after they received the loan documents signed by me. They took the money the next day and I still haven't received anything from them. I have rung them 4 times and they don't answer. My girlfriend applied online with the same company and they rang her back and said the same. So they are still trading with new loan applicants but not answering when you ring them back. They need stopping now.
