I thought i was doing a survey to win a free computer & they asked about the types of books i liked (as well as music & movies). Then they needed a credit card for shipping & handling (of the new computer) so i gave it to them. I never recieved a new computer but i did recieve a book order which i returned unopened. I recieved a second order of books & returned those as well. Both times i contacted via computer asking for the acct to be closed. To date 9/8 my credit card has been charged almost $400.00 for books that i never wanted & didn't keep. I live on disability social security & cannot afford these kinds of fees. After talking to customer service they finally removed my credit card from the acct but will not refund any money.
