Miscellaneous

There was an ad on the internet for work at home, using in the ad, advertized by CNN, NBC etc. It cost $1.97 so I decided I would look into it. They sent me an email right away telling me to call 1-877-888-0159 for help and to get started. I purchased this on August 26. On the 29th of August I phoned the number above and ask what was involved. The man explained everything to me and I felt it was not something I wanted to do and ask him to unsubscribe me. On September 2nd they withdrew $99.55 from my checking account. No where on the ad or when I spoke to the gentlemen was anything mentioned about an additional fee. I phoned them on September 2nd and told them I had unsubscribed on the 29th of August and there was never a mention there would be any additional charges. He was very rude and told me they cannot refund the money and did not have the phone number of the people who run Two Ways to Profit. Also in the e-mail they gave a login to your membership area. Since they would not help me I logged into that area on the internet called ezstayathomeincome.com. Within there I insterted my username and password which they had supplied. There was another phone number 1-800-895-0435, but when I called that number whether it was ten in the morning or two in the afternoon the answering machine said I had reached them after business hours. They did give an internet address to file complaints or support. The address is QualityCustomerSupport.com. I have filed a dispute with my bank and they will pursue them but I don't think they will get much satisfaction. These internet SCAMS should be shut down.
