As with many of you here, I ordered the 'free' bottle, didn't get it ti after the trial period, and was charged the day after I receied the trial bottle. I've cancelled my account, and that was difficult too, I'm sure they cut you out when your telling them what the problem is; wow, that was frustrating. I got screwed, but if I can help anyone else from getting taken, it will soften the blow.
