To whom it may concern:

I recently bought a car from Revolution Kia in Lindenhurst New York. The car is a 2006 Dodge Charger. It was listed on line for $13998. When I went to the dealership they assured me that I was getting the car for $13998. My credit was a little bad so I know I might not get approve for a loan. I told them that I will be buying the car in my sister’s name that has outstanding credit. I was dealing with Gina Cordasco. They told me that they will try my credit before using my sister’s. After a few days they called me and told me that I was approved. I was so excited. Now I got my First statement from the bank saying that I owe $21,891. I called the bank and they say that the car was sold to me at $24,950. Then I called the dealer and ask them why I paid so much for the vehicle. They told me that I did not qualify for the internet price of $13998. They say that you need a 750 credit score to get the car at this price. Well of course no one ever told me this at the dealership. When I went in to sign the paper works I thought I was buying a car for $13998. They told me there is nothing I can do because I signed the contract already. They did not give me a copy of my contract so I cannot see what I signed. The vehicle is not even worth $24950. So I do not know why they will inflate the price so much. Someone at Revolution Kia should have mentioned this to me and I would have never bought this car. Now I am stuck with a ridiculous loan. The dealer info is below. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
