I ordered some of their hairbows for my baby girl, made the purchase with my checking account. Was charged 23.16, which my bank does not want to refund. Called their # which led to a voicemail, which stated that all orders were shipped, no live customer service. Called again and the # was no longer in service or website. Very disappointed.
