I bought a Giant Trance bike from them, the agreement was 40% deposit and 40% after sending me the tracking number and 20% after I recieve the bike, I paid the deposit and they sent me the tracking number with a link (which turned out to be fake) and it said the item in process so I made the 2nd payment and waited for 1 week, I asked them where is the bike they said it's in Sydney airport held by custom and wanted me to send them the 3rd payment so they can pay the taxes, I asked them to send me some papers to confirm the bike is in Sydney and that was the end, I cant even send them an email, it just comes back to me. They are proffisional thefts.
