I was told i had been approved for a loan of £2,000 i asked to borrow to buy a car and they said i had to pay £69.99 upfront i didnt have the money in my account on this day which was a monday but when my money went in my bank on the wednesday yes loans had taken a £69.99 fee out of my account without my consent. I have now asked for a refund which i had to put in writing and they are telling me they will send me a cheque after 30 days which i do not believe.
