After receieving the uggs i discovered they are fakes, they are synthetic material.
I asked for a returns address as the website states 30day return and refund policy. I receieved no reply, after complaining through visa (as they are verified by visa?) they replied saying they were genuine and would not accept a return.
After looking at the website a second time everything made sense, pictures wouldn't upload, there were no terms and conditions, contact details, information in general was poor.
Now i am left with a fake pair of ugg boots and out of pocket.
