Take money twice a month with and refusing to give any refunds, when there is nothing on the site that mentions about trial periods and the customers and no refunds

I signed up for a trial periods, for thirty days after the fourteenth day I was billed twice and the site offers live chat with representatives that are never avaliable to answer any questions. After my bank recovered my money I recieved an e-mail basacilly telling me that I was not going to be refunded my money and I had to cancel my own memebership or they will going to keep billing me.
