Dear Bill:

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with how I was treated by Servpro of Novi.

I had a small fire in my garage and within one hour of speaking to you on the telephone, three people were busy with the smoke damage inside the house was contained. Five people worked the next two days straight to enable me to be back into my house by noon on Saturday. The good service continued from there for follow on work which was coordinated around my schedule, with special care taken as a result of my working from a home office. Everyone that I dealt with was cheerful and professional. I was clearly notified of the process every step of the way. There was always someone to call with questions. When the insurance adjustor came to access the permanent damage to the home, a Servpro representative was present just to help explain the action taken and their recommendation for completing the work by other contractors. Servpro even offered to store my motorcycle offsite, which was not covered by insurance, during the garage reconstruction as a complimentary service.

For something as disruptive as a fire to suddenly occur in your life, this was a silver lining. I was amazed that everything happened like clockwork and this small disaster didn’t become a project management nightmare for me.
