I ordered the Genie Bras with the understanding that if they didn't work, I could return them for credit less shipping and handling which was $25.98 an exorbitant amount. I have tried to call repeatedly to get the return authorization number and have been told there is a 24 minute wait—48 minute wait. Etc. I tried to send an email but it won't go through at the address they gave. I can not use them as I have a pacemaker and it puts too much pressure on it.
