I have no idea. This is the second occurrence with this same "terneckhelp.com" scam. The first one I caught before I was actually charged. This one showed up on my bank statement, and that is when I tried to get it removed and canceled from their system. However, you deal with a 3rd party cancellation company that cannot even tell you what it was you were charged for.
