I was phoned by what I was told was "Microsoft"and informed my computer was infected and that they could fix this. I gave them permission to get into my computer and they showed me pages that had virus warnings on them. I agreed to pay $195.00 for 2 years virus-scan service. I paid by Visaby Visa card.
