Leon bates jr who owns bates realty in griffin ga. Me and my wife moved into his personal house. He stated that all utilaties was included. Me and my wife have been thear a year now and had know hot water the whole time. We are moving out of (personal information removed) becouse he wonts to run around the house naked and he is 82 years old. He has (inappropriate content removed) from one end of house to the other. Has towels on bed that has (inappropriate content removed) on them and (inappropriate content removed) dropings all over the place! He is the most unclean man i have ever came across the sewer comes up int the showers. He has bats in the roof of his house. All i am saying is true so if anyone rents from him beware. He leaves the stove eyes on high and leaves the house it is a wornder he has ant burnt the house down. The house is eat up with roch bugs and (inappropriate content removed) stanes.
