Unsuccessful Completion of Transcripts

Before I could complete an Official Transfer, my present status for loan service has been incomplete. There are several loans that were never disbursed to me. I have already received my full bill of which is owed to the Department of Education. Because of my situation with my Online Student Account, I was told that my account should be completely cleared. I have not been enrolled for over a year now and I have not yet been able to attend my Commencement Ceremony. Surprisingly my account does now show a clear balance, but there was a Returned Check letter sent to my current address. That money was withdrawn from my checking account, which was directly from my deposited check from Regions Bank.
