I returned my Genie bra because they were cheaply made and I called and got a return authorization number. I returned the bras within a week of receiving them. I received an e-mail back from the company stating they had received them back. That was on July 12. I call on August 11 and talked to a Camilla and was told that my credit card would be credited then. Do not happen. I called August 26 and talked to a Bobbie Johnson, a supervisor, and was told that my credit card would be credit for $59,99. Has not happened yet. What is with the 60 days money back guarantee. I just want my refund due me since July and if it continues then I want some interest since I am paying interest on my credit card.
