I purchased a beaded bamboo curtain August 9, and by August 30 it still had not arrived. I tried to call, but their voicemail was full. I tried the live online chat several times, and that never worked—no clerk ever went online. No tracking information provided. Dead end. I'm currently disputing the Amex bill, but the only name listed on the bill is MoneyBookers Limited, no merchant info.
