Trace no was Izv794870445920750 when i emailed regarding the goods sent she told it was wrong consighnment and i should send the goods back. There was no return policy and they where charging £600 pounds for the goods from Freetown my home country to China. I had to wait for my mum when she was coming to london to bring the phones back.
