I ordered the genie bra in the size stated for my figure what I received were bras that were too small and cheaply made. When I called the company to return the items they told me that they would send another size. I explained that the bras are not as advertized they are cheaply made very flimsy and way too small. The told me that I could return them but I would only receive two thirds of my money back. They are charging $25 dollars to ship them and refuse to refund that amount even though it cost them less then $5. To ship. I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake/scamming if they had sent the correct items that they advertized I would have no problem with the postage amount but seeing how they never sent me what I ordered why should I pay for the postage? They are truely the worst bras out there, they are just a scam like all the other scams, you send them money and they send you junk. Also the customer service is outsourced to India so you have to deal with people that have no knowledge of the english language very frustrating.
