My bank called me about a purchase made on my debit card that looked suspicious to them and they wanted to know if I made it. I did not, I was out of town that weekend and just returned. I called the company and can't find out who made the purchase with my card. They said they would give me a credit for this membership that was purchased within 7-10 business days. I'm waiting now to see if this ends up being applied to my account or not. Hopefully I stopped it in time by canceling my current card.By seeing all these same complaints that have been filed against them, how do they continue to operate? Obviously it was them and not someone else using by card fraudulently.
