Basically while i was asleep my son saw the advert for aol's 30 day free trial. When he told us in the morning ofcourse we where unhappy but as i'd also seen the advert i wasnt to concearned anyway i whent through all the advised steps and have even hade my lap top formated and aol have taken money not once but twice to a total of £105 what can i do as we are a young family with three dependants and definetly cancelle before the " free 30 day trial " was up?
