Erroneous Perks charges removed after contacting BBB and attorney general

After getting no response from Haband or World Financial Capital bank on the erroneous charges and late fees, I contacted the BBB and the State Attorney General. Charges were immediately removed. BBB.org/consumers and/or FDIC, Division of Depositor and Consumer Protection, 1100 Walnut Street, Box #1, Kansas City MO 64106. Send documentation along with your letter of complaint.
