Looked at my credit card statement found a charge for $39.95 on 8/9. Called the 800# the guy said confirmation email (24-48hrs) never got the email, refund 7-10 days later. Seems these people are the same as PUNITRONHELP COM because when i got a hold of them online it was the same lady i chatted with about PUNITRONHELP COM. So now i am just waiting for both.
