Stromboli, walking tour I called 090 986144 to find out info, I was told that the walking tour would be 28 euros. 10 minutes later when I got to the head quarters I was told it is 35 euros. Even though I repeated."28" on the phone and confirmed "two Eight" yes. It is now 35 because 2 people failed to show up, thus the rest of the group is now responsible for their fees. I refused and left, but before I left I was told by one of the other hikers that if I left, no one could go. Tough. I came with 28 euros. I was told by other residents on Stromboli that this is how Stromboli operates in all facets. I left the island.
