I placed an order on 8/27 and was immediately billed to my charged card. About and hour later I received an email that the company out of stock and reordered with the order taking 3-6 weeks. I asked to cancel the order because they billed for a product that wasn't in stock or available. I was told to phone Monday morning to cancel the order due to office closure on Sunday. I phoned this morning and waited approximatley 15 minutes for a rep on the phone. Then after I asked for cancellation of the order, the rep suddenly started having trouble hearing me and said that the order was shipped. And there was nothing that he could do.
