I was approached by Carole Thompson of Luxury Property Management (LPM)- allegedly out of Dallas after assuring me that a buyer was in place for my Playa Del Sol timeshare and exchange of paperwork and contracts went back and forth. I did do some due diligence but they are under the radar right now. Eventually the closing company - led by an Elizabeth Sanders out of Colorado requested closing fees and the LPM requested a commission. They called and advised the money had been released. I never heard from them again. I have called and emailed but they appear to have blocked my number or do not respond to their fraud victims. I am prepared to launch a class action if others are with me.
