Sales assocaiate almost kidnapped my child

My partner and that I were buying our three kids. Two kids four and five. One child eight. Our four-year old boy got dropped and my partner visited inform the folks at customer support. They created an announcement that explained the four-year old who had been dropped. You realize some of those signal adams. I had been nearer to the results table and visited get my kid once they requested for that guardian to come back the kid continues to be discovered. They declined to provide my boy in my experience. They explained that just the individual who documented the child lacking might declare the kid. To create things worse they handled me enjoy it was I who had been the kidnapper. Our boy needed some action results that we declined to purchase him. Consequently once the affiliate requested basically was his mom number, I actually donot understand this individual. They questioned if he understood who I had been and he explained no. Possibly he didn't understand how to answer fully the question or he lied to express that I had been not his guardian since I declined to help make the purchase. It was uncomfortable when I appeared to be a kidnapper. They desired evidence this was my child. (a birth certificate, ect.) Who has a birth certificate. My spouse who created documented the kid lacking found the table later, and established I had been mom. They apologized and stated that they'd to maintain the child before individual producing the statement of the child found get the kid.
