I was charged by them for a "reaccuring monthly order. I checked my bank statement there was no initial order last month. I went to their website. Kept waiting on their live support chat which was busy. I then explored the site to see if there were other options. At one point a link I clicked on directed me to a porn site. I eventually found another link for a live support site. This one actually had a live person working it. I was told my "membership" would be cancelled. Told she would submit an order to refund that would take 7 to 10 days though the original charge did not take that long. When I asked her for her companys name and address I was told she could not provide it. What country? Claims US. What state? Claims florida. Though her english was not the best.
