Brittany Cole, Kate, I was scam out of 3900 by Brittany Cole from the UK

I put an add on craiglist rooms for rent, the add was pick up by these people telling me they are coming to the USA to study, and they will pay the rent of 500 and 500 security. The send me an check of 3900 dollars told me to cash the check and take my money out and send the rest to their agent for their ticket which I did. The bank contact me about my negative account then I realize what happen, now I owe the bank 3900. I am asking for help please. Help me.
