Used a position of trust to access funds. Extremely deception using backdated documents and blatant lies. Child-like behaviour. Aggressive and personal when challenged. Takes advantage of gullible owners corporations who members have better things to do than deal with a conman. And conman is an accurate description. VCAT and its sitting members refuse to deal with situation. Sandor Csapo makes a mockery of VCAT by not complying with orders. VCAT refuse to act in response. Provides cash payments to those onside. Lies lies and more lies.
