GoldStar Securities Inc
Gold Star Services, Inc Switch and Bait Scam with Bogus Check

Miscellaneous

Received an official looking letter telling me I had won $250,000 in an internationl sweepstakes drawing orgainzed by Netflix International. I was given a check, which looked very real and official, for $3,750. I was told not to cash it until I called the number below and arranged to pay the applicable non-resident tax of $1,990. At which time I would receive the balance of the $250,000.

After reading other reports on usacomplaints.com about this same company I realized that if I cash this check I will find out it is no good and if I had already sent them money for the "non-resident tax" I would be out $1,990. What a true rip-off scam.
