Company's rep. Claimed that we qualified for commercial mortgage financing using the purchased real estate as collateral. They charged $895 application fee and $500 "Flag" fee for express processing. Since paying the fees, we have not been given service and can rarely reach the selling rep. The company rep. Claims that "George" is very busy with numerous applications and will get to ours tomorrow, or Friday, or asap. This has been going on for 4-5 weeks.
