I was lured through trickery that i was getting a credit card for my use. I was made to believe there was no charge associated withit. They simply requested my bank information as a means of further identification. I did give them my bank info. 30 minutes later when i readd about how they had duped others, i emailed them that i was no longer interested in the bogus card. Today they withdrew 19.95 from my pnc bank account.
