Miscellaneous

We received a complimentary free cruise postcard in mail and called the number and schedule to attend a 90 minute timeshare presentation. They were selling vacations at a discount, and you pay for that, but we weren't interested, so we just got the cruise and airfare certificate (free).
We had to send in money for activation fees, so we did. Couple of weeks later we received more vacation certificates that required more fees. Tried calling their 800 number several times, and when I would get though, they were not professional at all. I finally got an okay to get a refund, and have not received it as of now.
Checked out their name online, and there's absolutely not one good thing I can find online about them. If there is, its something false that the company wrote themselves. They also associated with Fun Time Vacations, Divine Getaways, and Packaged Vacations.
DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Spread word around and file a complaint with the BBB in Virginia.
