I was told it would be $15 to have someone come out and look at my lock (because our key broke off in it) and give me an estimate on repair - after the guy got here he took lock off did something in his car - put it back on and handed me a bill for $207.00 he charged for things that he didnt do - and for things he shouldnt have done - when i called his company they laughed and put me on hold - after an hour on hold they hung it up. I got a hold of company asking for a refund and saying this guy damaged my lock instead of repairing it - he came back out to fix again - and the lock is totally damaged - i called police made a report - got his license number and name and am in process of making a claim with my bank to dispute charge - after i researched this company to find out this is what they do - its all fraudulant
