We paid for 20 polo shirts embroidered with our company logo on them with our company credit card. I checked out the Trademark Store with tyhe Better Business Bureau of Virginia prior to making this purchase. They had been in business for three years with only one complaint that had been satisfactorily resolved. We paid the invoice amount and that was the last communication we have gotten from the company. We have called and left messages, we have emailed them and we have not recieved a single reply. We notified the Better Business Bureau and registered a complaint and they investigated and closed the account becausew they said the company couldn't be located. Meanwhile the company website is still up and running and taking online orders. The website address is www.trademarkstore.net. We have two addresses for the company. The Trademark Store, P.O.
