Bans 100% Disabled Vet

I am a 67yo 100% disabled Vietnam Vet. I started to go to this store to read, drink coffee and use the outdorrs porch to smoke. My combat related disability is PTSD and probable Traumatic brain injury. I have periods of forgetfullness. This store has made that porch a no smoking enviornment and i most often comply. However in the course of conversation i might light a cigarette. Yesterday Aug 22, i was banned from Starbucks and informed by boro police that i would be arrested for criminal tresspassing if found on that property.

The young man Shane who initiated this has broken that rule himself as an employee of Starbucks. And, I have observed other patrons pets actually defecating/urinating on that porch. He also has ignored young pretty women smoking on the porch. He never fails to humiliate me in public. Around other patrons. I have been good to the employees there and actually over tip because i know that Starbucks treats employees poorly i.E. They are looking to start a union.
