I received a letter stating that I had won $150,000.00 dollars. However the check they sent was for $3,980.00, after depositing it in my checking account I needed to send $1,995.00 thru Western Union to them for tax purposes. That's when I knew it was a scam.
Of course I didn't deposit the check but called Citibank who didn't recognize the routing # or account #. My next step was to look up the company on the Internet. WELL!!! Hello! I sincerely hope that in these stressful financial times no one lost $2,000.00 dollars to them, but maybe this will help stop someone else from giving them their hard earned money.
