In the past week I have recieved Many Many Many phone calls from the company USA Benifits. They say that I have been selected to recieve a $100 gift card to use at any location of my choice. I have continually told them that I am not interested and to take me off their call list. They dont seem to hear a thing that i am saying and continue their speel about why wouldnt i want a $100 gift card. I have gotten frustrated yelled at them to not call again or i would report them and hang up. I have egnored their last several calls and finally answered and be for they could even get a word out i asked for the suppervisor. The man
tells me that its not necessary that the reason that he keeps calling is because he wants me to understand that this is a lagitamite company and that there is nothing i have to buy or do, just collect my gift card.
So I thought ok lets see what he has to say. First he verifies my name and its spelling, my address, and my phone number. Which of cource he has and is all correct. Then he says he has to activate my gift card and then he'll transfer me to another person who will also give me peace of mind that this is all lagit. Of course he then explains again that I dont have to buy anything or be obligated to anything. But in the same breath tells me that there is a one time postage fee of $2.95. That
has to be paid in order to get the passcode to the gift card. He even had an exact date that the card would arrive in the mail. That was anuff for me. I refused to give them my card #. I expained that I didnt even have an idea as to how I earned the gift card. He said that Its because Im a preffered customer at walmart and target both. And again asked me for my card#. You could tell that he was getting more and more impatient. So i again explained to him that i wasnt interested and to take me off his call list and again he started his speel. I stopped him sort and told him that under no sercomstances was i giving him my card#. So he starts to reassure me again. I stopped him asked him to hold for a second that I had to take care of one of my kids. I
muted my phone and got onto this website and found many other reports about the company. Meanwhile i could hear him wispering to somebody els. I couldnt understand him on the phone talking normal let alone wispering. But this really pi@# *! Me off. So I get back on and explained to him that I had found numerous other reports of his company and their credit card fraud. He about freeked and denied any of it and demanded where i had heard the info from. So i told him the website.
He says that its not true that he hadnt even given me his web site yet. I told him he was full of it and a scammer. I told him what his web site was and the name of another empoyee and that employees # all part of another scam. He still tried to convince me of their inocents. I just laughed at him and worned him not to ever call me again and hung up on him. His name is James Davis ID# 12786. Another thing that gave him away was he said the company is located in Phoenix AZ. But the # he called from was a 415 area code which is San Fransico CA phoenix, arizona
