I ordered a Cars diecast toy for my grandson. I have asked for confirmation, but they refuse to answer my calls or acknowledge receipt of my order. The cash was taken from my account the day the order was placed. It was guaranteed in stock, and advertised to be here in 10 business days. Phone calls and email not returned
