Spoke to a man called Rob as I wanted to find out more about the"phone support" services for ekitmembers. We had a long talk and he promised to ring me again on tuesday july 26 to talk to me agian.
On 26th July at 1000 hrs Rob rang and we had a long conversation and then he wanted to introduce a Mr. Shawn Earl to talk to me. I then told him that I am felt quite uncomfortable to continue with the "phone support" services and would like to back out from my
deal with "phone support",
Rob then was abrupt and we ended our conversation.
From my credit card I was shocked to see the a statement for an amount of $165.00 from ekitmembers.
This a transaction which I did not authorise.
