I saw a phone which I intended to purchase, the order number was 72911/01. I was directed to a payment screen. I entered my bank details, but then decided to cancell the potential purchase half way through the transaction. I cancelled everything thinking nothing could possibly deducted from my account since I cancelled very early in the process and did not even complete all my details. Since then I have now received my banks statement. (BArclays Bank). The sum of £129.99 has been taken from my account, I have never received this phone. The behaviour of this company is absolutely criominal.
