I signed up to order a trial herbal tablets for £2.95, the product never arrived and l completely forgot about it. Then l noticed monies been debited to my bank account and l didn't realise what was going on. I went to my bank and on investigation, found that it was this American company that have been taking money from my account. They took a total 0f £282.65 from my account and l did not once receive anything from them, not that l want or can afford any of their products now. I have called and emailed them several times and they have refused to refund my money even when l explained that l am an out of work, single mum with three children.
